1. It is prohibited to allow anyone to get on or off or pass objects during excavator operations. It is not allowed to perform maintenance while working, and do not adjust the engine, hydraulic system, and electronic control system arbitrarily. Attention should be paid to selecting and creating a reasonable working surface, and digging holes is not allowed.
2. When unloading, wait for the dump truck to come to a complete stop before proceeding; The height of the bucket should be lowered without colliding with any part of the dump truck; Do not allow the bucket to pass over the cab of the dump truck.
3. Do not use a bucket to smash solid objects; If encountering large stones or hard objects, they should be removed first before continuing the operation; It is prohibited to excavate rocks that have been blasted to level 5 or above.
4. Excavators cannot be placed in both upper and lower excavation sections simultaneously. Shandong Haoyun Heavy Industry excavator should first level the ground and remove obstacles in the passage when moving within the working face.
5. The excavator cannot be lifted by fully extending the bucket cylinder. When the bucket is not off the ground, the excavator cannot move horizontally or rotate.
6. Prohibit the use of excavator boom to horizontally drag other items; Hydraulic excavators cannot use impact methods for excavation.
7. When the excavator is rotating, it is not allowed to operate the rotating handle in the opposite direction.
8. Drivers should always pay attention to the operation of the excavator. If any abnormalities are found, they should immediately stop the vehicle for inspection and promptly troubleshoot.
9. During the operation and running of excavators, it is necessary to regularly check whether the hydraulic oil temperature is normal.
10. When encountering power lines, intersections, and bridges, one should understand the situation before passing through. If necessary, a dedicated person shall be appointed to command, and the distance between the excavator of Shandong Haoyun Heavy Industry and the high-voltage power line shall not be less than 5 meters; It is advisable to avoid walking backwards as much as possible.
